Store Policies

Shipping

• We deliver across Pakistan through registered couriers (such as TCS, Leopards and M&P).
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days (2–3 in major cities).
• Delivery costs Rs 250 per order and is free on orders over Rs 10,000.
• Cash on delivery orders are confirmed by a call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.
• For custom-branded, wholesale and export orders, delivery time and cost are given in your written quote.
• You'll receive the courier tracking number by email or WhatsApp when your order ships.

Payment

• Cash on delivery for orders up to Rs 50,000.
• EasyPaisa / bank transfer: EasyPaisa mobile account: 0345-8521897 Send the order total to this EasyPaisa number, then WhatsApp the payment screenshot with your order number to 0311-5644948. We dispatch as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• Card and JazzCash payments, when available at checkout, are processed by the payment provider; we never see or store your card number.

Returns & exchanges

• Contact us on WhatsApp 0311-5644948 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
• Damaged, faulty or wrong item: we replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
• Wrong size or change of mind: unused items in their original packaging can be exchanged for another size or product. The customer pays the return delivery.
• Not returnable: custom-branded or made-to-order items (unless faulty); used gloves, mouthguards and socks, for hygiene reasons; and items damaged by misuse (for example a cricket bat used without knocking-in).
• Refunds are sent by EasyPaisa or bank transfer within 5 working days of receiving the return.

Cancellations

• You can cancel free of charge until your order is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Wholesale & export

• Prices, minimum quantities, sample cost, lead time and payment terms (typically 50% advance and 50% before dispatch) are confirmed in a written quote.
• Production starts after sample approval and the advance payment.

Privacy

• We use your name, phone, email and address only to process and deliver orders and to reply to your enquiries.
• If you sign up for offers, we may send you occasional messages. Reply STOP, or ask us, and we'll remove you at any time.
• We record anonymous page visits (page address and referring site) to improve the store. We don't sell or share your data.
